Supply Chain Management (Vimto) - Case Study ExampleWe will use the three-month moving averages method because only these months will be considered to advance a more accurate figure. Also, this method is very useful for businesses that are in rapidly changing industry, which VIMTO is part of (Winston, 2010). The calculation is as follows2. If the company has a policy to always keep 15,000 stock on hand at all times, and the stock on hand at the depot of June was 10,000, then subtracting the end of June figure from the desired end of July figure will give us the correct answer. In this case, the difference is 5,000. This 5,000 can be added to 30,333 and we can get the output signal figure of 35,333. VIMTO should plan to produce 35,333 products during the month of July so that it has enough to meet its minimum stock requirements.3. Demand for VIMTO may increase if a special take such as Ramadan was held during the month of July. There would be no way to forecast using that same yea rs data because the demand would be smaller during the previous months. The only way to predict it is if there was data from the same time the previous year and then that data could be use to make the

Charles Darwin's Work according to Popper, Kuhn and Van Fraassen Essay

Charles Darwins Work according to Popper, Kuhn and Van Fraassen - Essay ExampleHowever, philosophers demonstrated affair in finding the truth in various components of life. Some philosophers have observed that Darwin short letters failed to provide concrete reasons while other believes that interpretation of the arguments should take their warm context (Auletta, et.al.2011). M whatsoever philosophers have debated the views of Darwin pointing of the weaknesses as well as possibilities. The developingary biology has been subject to scientific tests and principles as well as theological thinking. This piece of music will explore the views of Popper, Kuhn, and Van in relation to Charles Darwin work on evolution. Karl Popper on Darwin Karl Popper viewed Science as a means of distinguishing theories from myths or traditional believes. The questions embossed by people almost aspects of life should be subject to scientific analysis. Darwins guess clashed with Biblical view of creatio n, subjecting it to Scientific proves. Popper observed that Darwins theory of evolution does not have components, which are subject to scientific measurement (Auletta, et.al.2011). For instance, the survival of species based on how fit they are, in relation to conformation to changes in environment does not contain any bit of science because no species can survive if it is weak. In Poppers view, Darwin theory does not qualify as a science. Poppers perspective of science in relation to Darwin theory appears in four steps first problem selection, second creation of possibility in relation to problem solution, third is to test the theory presented, and lastly develop an argument about the result. The knowledge built through the scientific argument would eliminate errors created through criticism. This argument contends that knowledge does not occur through a single suggestion, but must command some universality on the theory introduced. In Poppers view, the learning that the society a cquires is through mistakes that people make. Thus, the separation of truth from myths in the scientific way must consist approve and disapproving the exiting view. Darwins theory argued that the emergence of creatures in the present world took place after other creatures suffered wastages of unimagined proportion. The theory does not explain the source of suffering thus subjecting it more questions based on scientific credibility. Popper argues that the purpose served by the creatures that led to their extinction must be provable. Popper believes that Darwin must have created a theological problem or unearthed an old problem that was not in focus (Radick, 2003). The outcome of suffering does not lead a viable species to croak the present challenges, but the cause of the suffering must be evident. Thus, this argument proposed by Popper disapproves the work of Darwin on the following accounts first, the argument does not contain any scientific element. That is a scientific element can be subject to test through comparison of the existing facts and the anticipated outcomes. Second, the argument put send by Darwin refuted the ontological boundaries between the animal kingdom and humanity. Popper argued that the theory puts animals to appear more human while humans appeared more animal (Radick, 2003). The explanation of evolution as put by Darwin traces the beginning of life from scratches, which are not provable scientifically. The evolution of apes into human beings reduces science to myths. Critics have argued that Popper promoted non-revolutionary interests however, his argument tends to demonstrate his feelings about the concept of evolution (Radick, 2003). Popper believes that a real world existed, independent of Darwin or human views. He

These traits, developed for agricultural crops such as corn, soybeans, canola and cotton include increasing nutrients, tolerance to herbicides and drought, fortress to fungus and insects and reduced spoilage. Bioengineered corn and soybeans have become increasingly widespread among farmers during the last decade and the products can be commonly found in most grocery store stores. Companies that engineer and produce bioengineered foods as well as manufacturers that choose to use these foods in their ingredients are faced with a stringent and ever-developing regulatory oversight by three government agencies the husbandry (U.S. Department of Agriculture), the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Which agency regulates a particular product is determined by the intended use of the crop. truly often, a product is regulated by multiple agencies. Art History Comparison of Persistence of Memory by Salvador Dali and Research Paper

Art History Comparison of Persistence of Memory by Salvador Dali and Better Homes, Better Gardens by Kerry James Marshall - Research typography ExampleFor many artists, the inspiration for their works stems from the things that they know or have experience with. Salvador Dali included the cliffs of his beloved Catalan Coast in many of his pictures, including his or so notorious Persistence of Memory, not only because they were a landscape feature he was intimately familiar with, but also because they helped to represent the wave-particle duality of meaning he wished to convey in his artwork. In a similar way, the African-American artist Kerry James Marshall has worked to include his own experience and stage setting into his paintings in such a way that they work to provide a meaningful background to his subjects, adding subtleties of meaning to the overall work that helps to portray his idea of what the painting is attempting to say.In both works of art, the background plays a la rge role in establishing the meaning of the work. Although the Catalan cliffs might not have the same meeting on an uninformed viewer than they would have on someone who is intimately familiar with the changing faces of these cliffs as the sunlight plays across their face, they nevertheless add a nuance of meaning to Persistence of Memory that might otherwise be lost, especially for individuals who have seen them first-hand or know anything about the background of the artist. For Dali, the cliffs of the background stand for the physical equivalent of his principle of paranoiac metamorphosis. Dali is quoted as saying All the images capable of being suggested by the complexity of their innumerable irregularities appear successively and by turn as you change your position. This was so objectifiable that the fishermen of the region had since time immemorial baptized each of these imposing conglomerations the camel, the eagle, the anvil, the monk, the dead woman, the lions head. I s ight in this perpetual disguise the profound meaning of that modesty of nature which Heraclitus referred to in his enigmatic phrase Nature likes to conceal herself. Sonnets And Songs Essay Example for Free

Sonnets And Songs EssaySonnets and songs share number of things in common. One example is that they some(prenominal) rhyme at the end of each line. Todays songs dont usually rhyme, unless if the songs are under the genres of hip-hop and rap, but most of the songs from the 60s, 70s and 90s do rhyme. One of few differences between a song and a sonnet is the way it appeals to the audiences or the readers and the kind of language that is social occasiond in these two assorted two pieces of writing. The song I provide by The Beatles and How do I love thee? Let me count the Ways by Elizabeth Barrett Browning. For number of reasons, I Will by The Beatles appeals more affectively to the audiences as it has repetitions, exaggerations and it has the tune that ordain be remembered by the audiences. Firstly, the sonnet How do I love thee? Let me count the ways by Elizabeth Barrett Browning is a sonnet about her love, who is anonymous in the sonnet. She uses many adjectives and poetic de vices such as similes and metaphors. She also used some repetitions such as I love thee freely, as men strive for right I love thee purely, as they turn from praise.I love thee with the passion put to use Although this sonnet is very sweet, it uses doddery side from 1800s that people today dont use. Most of the people cant understand most of the English that is used in this sonnet. The repetition shows a little bit of the sonnets rhyming pattern. It is quite different from the rhyming pattern that is in the song, I Will. Secondly, The Beatles use some poetic devices just like Elizabeth Barrett Brownings sonnet except with some exaggerations and most importantly, it is a song, which mean that it will have tune in it.The tune in I Will is the biggest difference that differentiates songs from sonnets. The tunes in songs tally songs more memorable than sonnets for example, The Beatles songs are going to be more memorable than Shakespearean sonnets. Whereas Brownings sonnet is about he r love to this person, The Beatles song is about his willingness to do anything for his love toward this person. The Beatles also exaggerated a little bit in the repetitive part of the song such as Love you forever and forever, love you with all my heart, love you whenever were together, love you when were away The rhyming pattern used n this song can be seen in the example of repetition. The pattern uses ABAC DEDF pattern, which means it rhymes every second lines but stochastic words are in the every other second lines. Furthermore, everyone knows that normal person cant live forever, so the exaggerations in the song lyrics make the audiences know that this man loves this person so much that hell wait until his death. Thirdly, The Beatles were more effective than Browning when conveying the same fore because of the exaggeration, repetition and the tune. The old English from Brownings sonnet do it difficult for the readers from 2012 to read and understand the meanings behind the sonnet whereas The Beatles used the modern English and had the tune in their sonnet, basically a song, and they used the same theme, similar poetic devices. Furthermore they were able to get the meanings of the song over to the audiences. Having similar structure and theme made it easier to see which piece of writing is more effective in conveying the theme. To sum up, The Beatles song, I Will was more effective in conveying the theme than Elizabeth Barrett Brownings How do I love thee? Let me count the ways as it had easily memorable tune, exaggerations and some poetic devices such as similes, metaphors and repetitions. Although Browning and The Beatles used similar themes and poetic devices, The Beatles was more effective only because it was easily understandable by most of the people and had that easily memorable tune. mayhap if Brownings sonnet had modern English and tunes, it might have been more effective in conveying the theme than The Beatles.

Cell phone texting and social networking Web sites such as Facebook help keep todays teens connected to their peers at all times.A recent national survey of 800 teens and nine focus groups in four United States cities revealed that half of the teens surveyed send 50 or more text messages a day, or 1,500 texts a month. One in three sends more than 100 texts a day, or more than 3,000 texts a month (Gore, 2011). The book Bowling Alone The Collapse and Revival of American Community, by Robert D. Putnam states that over the past 30 years, nationally, community involvement has declined. In his book Putnam debates that the baby boomers and their children have contributed to this decline.Reasons blamed for this decline has been the nonplusing availability of the Internet and electronic entertainment and gadgets such as IPods, portable computers, and smart phones (Putnam, 2000). Dr. Philip Aspden and Dr. James E. Katz conducted a study that cover several aspects of the internet the influence on societal infrastructures, and the role the internet had in creating new modes of interaction and communication. Aspden and Katz were unable to find any support to prove that internet activity contributed to any decline in community involvement. In fact, some of the internet users that were interviewed stated they were more involved in social activities than the non-users surveyed. also found was that 70 percent of internet users had four or more online friendships with 60 percent of this group having met at least one internet friend in person (Blair, 2001). A three year study by sociologist Barry Wellman and Keith Hampton of a social interaction in Netville, a community in Toronto Canada that was one of the first neighborhoods in the world to have broadband internet technology.According to Hampton and Wellman (199 9) Relationships are rarely maintained through computer-mediated communication alone, but are preserve through a combination of on-and off-line interactions. Despite the ability of the Internet to serve as a global communication technology, much online activity is between people, who live (or work) near each other, In Netville, the local network brought neighbors together to socialize, helped them to arrange in-person gatherings-both as couples and as larger groups (barbecues, etc. facilitated the provision of aid, and enabled the unclouded exchange of information. The high rate of online activity led to increased local awareness, and high rates of in-person activity. People today can live in Florida, work in Texas, go to school in Arizona and never leave their house. They can buy a car in their pajamas, attend a meeting halfway around the world and do all their shopping on the Internet. Basically one can do just about anything needed over the Internet and never see or touch a hu man being. At times this will be an ideal situation but society is becoming isolated and self absorbed even lonely. Indeed, the fact that people in the United States today claim to be lonelier than prior generations, suggests that although technology has increased interactions it has not created true connections between people. For children raised on the illusion of connection through technology, the danger is that of never understanding how to develop true relationships and to grow up not understanding that without social connections societies easily fall victim to self-interest and fade away.Referencehttp//www.strosechronicle.com/2.13878/new-technology-replaces-social-interaction-1

Until the door is opened, the music is begun and is played the Casablanca harmonize 2 the sinking chromatic scale (Marks, M. p. 167, 177), which give a sinking feeling to audience at the first point after the Paris flashback. It seems there are something will happen and it happens, Ilsa comes to see Rick and Rick seems waiting for so long. Martin Marks said that the chord in the first measure is label for woodwinds, vibraphone, harp, piano, celesta, and horns above the chord Steiner has written that it should be orchestrated like Reel 5, Part 4 (the mentioned scene in this essay). In other words, the consentaneous music in this scene is played by these instruments or maybe more than these such as strings. However, the music is subdued which gives the e ffect on audiences is subliminal. Also, audiences when watch the unharmed scene, they can reach the counterpoint to the dialogues with the music. Max has even re-used the Casablanca chord 2 in Reel 9, Part 2, which the scene is Ilsas second re round to Rick. The manipulation of the music is similar to Reel 4, Part 7, which the scene Ilsa first see Rick. In order to maintain the unity of the undivided story, Max fragmented the music and honk it into different scene to bring out different motion.Back to the scene, Ilsa appears wearing a white coat and scarf and she comes to Rick as he anticipate but she heightens his resentful feeling by telling him that she would not have came if she had known he was in Casablanca. Then, Ilsa tries to speak to him but he is sarcastic and refuses to list to her explanations. With tears in her eyes, Ilsa attempts to explain her past history. Its about a girl who had just come to Paris from her home in Oslo. At the house of some friends she met a m an about whom shed heard her whole life, a very great and courageous man. He opened up for her a whole beautiful world full of knowledge and thoughts and ideals. Everything she knew or even became was because of him. And she looked up to him and worshipped him which a feeling she suppose was love. Audiences may learn or affect that Ilsas admiration for Victor Laszlo is the source of her love for him. Ilsa is forced to face the fact that she has other loyalties and attachments that she should not abandon. Her life seems to lack independent action and it makes her separation from Rick appear more tragic than Ricks separation from her. For Rick, he hopes Ilsa is telling him the man who is Rick himself but ironically, he is forced to recognize the nature of the divided loyalties that Ilsa has to face and she choose to be with Laszlo. Obviously, Ilsa cares for Victor and is torn between the two men. She thought that she would never see him again. Audiences may appreciate the position in which Ilsa finds herself.Rick denigrates Ilsa to the take of a promiscuous. Ilsa thought that Rick would listen to her but he did not. The music is played with some heavy bass instruments, meanwhile, he continuous with his bitter dialogue, divide me, who was it you left me for? Was it Laszlo or were there others in between? Or arent you the kind that tells? After that, Ilsa is with a tear running down her cheek and leaves Rick without make headway word. The sinking chord is playing again when Ilsa leaves Rick. Audiences are given a sympathy feeling for Ilsa that she should not be treated in this way because of her loyalty. On the other hand, they understand why Rick is macrocosm so cynical that he could not hold his love. When their conversation started, Max made the music in slow tempo and maintained in a quite high pitch. Marks showed that the Ricks bitter dialogue is with the variation 6 of As Times Goes By, Doom. Then, it is Ilsas turn to speak and tell her story and the ins truments such as string and harp are stood out to present its feminine, which accompanies by what Ilsa is wearing (Virgin Mary wrap and mothers-like wearing) and the photographic effect on her which gives a blurring effect and spotlights are on her made her eyes are sparkling to made her so feminine. It seems Ilsa is still beautiful and loving to Rick. When Ilsa is telling about her story, the background music in addition contains Laszlo Marseille and it may indicate that Ilsas life has already been with Victor and she cannot abandon Victor. It is hard for audiences to hear the music because Max has subdued it and audiences may recognize it unconsciously. As Times Goes By and Marseille is blended together may indicate a tale of two men vying for the resembling womans love in a love triangle. At the end of this scene, the music is again orchestrated as same as the beginning of it. It shows a soak up entrance and exit of the scene with well organized music that audiences would know when the other scene is begun. To aspect of religious, the subconscious of Ilsas individualism is shown to audiences and Rick as an holy person of motherhood as a transfiguration. When Rick speaks again, music is played in low pitch and audience may hear the bass to perceive the identity of masculine, heroism. Audiences may learn that why Rick becomes a cynical man who is assumed a powerful man in Casablanca. When he is reminiscing the time in Paris, in which he was a more optimistic, more romantic and less cynical man. The flashback scene is an important cue to show why Rick is being so mean to Ilsa in this scene. The music is reinforced Ricks emotion inner his heart when he see Ilsa again. And now, audience know that Rick is drunk at this time, not thinking clearly and they know nothing about what Ilsa experienced. Audiences may tend to stay impartial until more of the story is revealed. The flashback has brought us to a point where we know enough about Rick to at least understa nd his motivations and viewers are better able to pass a judgment on him. In this scene, it seems that it is the time to show the truth why their relationship is unfulfilled. The music enhanced their feelings, sadness, anger and regretfulness to audiences.Scheurer said in The Music of Casablanca that we never hear the melodic line played all the way through in one sitting in the film. As Rich and Ilsas love is fated to be never on the whole fulfilled, so the song presents itself to the viewers is fragments and is never complete. At the end of the scene, Max manipulated the music deliberately to be fragmentary at the beginning when Ilsa comes in and at the end when Ilsa ultimately left Rick again. The music is also used to be a connective to the past in which that sense of fulfilment was at hand but hand slipped away again. For its songs history, As Times Goes By is first published in 1931. It was perfectly applied to the film because of its evocation of the past. The melody in mino r harmonic can deliver a message of a sense of bittersweet and nostalgia longing. Furthermore, in 1943, based on trends in democratic music and theatre, during this time, the song with some nostalgia is certainly received warmly by movie audience. The song is worked musically and lyrically which speak of love eternal. Rick and Ilsas butterfly had made their own in the post with the song.Graphic score is also drawn in order to analysis its music effects the mood of the narrative. The whole sequence lasts for about 3 minutes. I have heard several times of the music with and without watching it. It gives a big difference. When I heard the music with watching it, I would focus more on what Rick and Ilsa are talking about. The volume of music is turned down when the conversations is started. The conversation is clearly to be heard the explanation of their relationship between Rick and Ilsa. However, sometimes, there are some strings and harps are played in high pitch. The most placeabl e sound is played at the beginning and at the end of the sequence. When I hear the music without watching, it seems more music is coming out, for example, As Time Goes By is played by string and Marseille also can be heard. Music is constructed to convey the characters emotion perfectly. To conclude, according to Scheurer, It is to Steiners credit that, despite having so much of the score dictated by diegetic music (As Time Goes By and The Marseillaise especially), he was able to craft a score that has his indelible stamp. He took the source music and wove it into the leitmotif structure very effectively, and in the process, he transformed the songs. They seem larger, greater, and better pieces of music than we might think they are. This happens, no doubt, because the themes work in conjunction with other superb filmic elements (acting, directing, lighting, etc.). I agree with its statement that although music is an important element in producing a film, but it is not least to constr uct or make up a theme with other vital elements such as star power of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergnan, colourful characters, remarkable acting performances, effective direction, skilled cinematographary and a good score. However, Max Steiner approached to catch as many cinematic details as he can not only in this discussed scene, but also to keep the music moving forward in the whole film. As Martin Marks said, Max shows a keen understanding of the narratives overall and musics ability to enhance it.

The Effects Of The Emasculated Male

The Effects Of The Emasculated MaleThe purpose of this term paper is to explore the effects that were posed by the World struggle II and that experienced during post war period. The most important bea of study is the traditional sexuality roles and how they take away been altered during the war and after the war. Changes based on jobs, empower handst, independence of wo men, loss of rugged individualistic, loss of G1 Joe ethics, Metrosexuals, Hollywood among others will be covered in the research. Factors that contri provideded to the emasculation of male will be highlighted in the mount of this course work. Since the study is all about the emasculation of men, matters which should do in order to elude themselves from this problem will be an ara of interest in this study. For better expoundation of these effects or impacts, the study will concern itself with definitions of gender roles and emasculation of male.Thesis statement of this study is the changes that were brought ab out by World War II and post war period had significant impacts on traditional gender role more so those regard to emasculation of the male. The problem is out-of-pocket to persists if men failed to recognize their gender roles substance that it is very crucial for men to realize their gender roles before it is late. Discussion expurgation can be delineate as the deprivation of art objects maleness, power and his manhood indeed making him impotent of twain identity and expression. Through emasculation, patriarchy is said to have lost evaluate in men so demoting male dominance in the family and also the society at large. Masculinity is for male and thus why when male argon emasculated, the patriarchy that exists in male is breached hence enabling effeminate to compete with men for existence. It is true that masculinity is a young-bearing(prenominal) pertain realty in each and both society in the world. Based on this point, male are admired and also measured based on the b eauty, loyalty of the wife, calmness and the manner in which he controls his wife. This is to mean that the masculinity of the man is determined by the sit downisfying behavior of her wife. In addition to this, single men or bachelors cant gauge their degree of masculinity since geared by the behavior portrayed by his wife. Masculinity and feminist are differently regard in the gender roles and therefore they can be used to offer a better understanding of both male and female. Men are known for their expertness to fulfill stressful roles that include husband role, the role of breadwinner and that of father. In the traditional and advanced(a) societies, women or female are expected to be under the as trustworthy of the male. They should adhere to the commands make by male and thus how patriarchy is practiced. Male are said to be ignorant in that they believe that their reality is centered among female without adhering to the fact that female also have their own reality. Male re ality is determined externally but not internally because it has been note that masculinity is measured based on ones wife satisfying behavior in the society. This is to mean that males soul does not play all part in individual reality. The selfishness implicated in the disregard of reality of female has been considered as the major cause of both spiritual and emotional differences between the two types of gender. In the issues of emotions, female are said to be more or too emotional as compared to male. In the matter concerning spiritual backgrounds, female take the majority right to vote since they are said to be more ghostlike than their men. During the World War II and the period after the war, several changes have been observed to have interpreted place whereby the power of male became eroded. Women learnt that their freedom had been barred by the patriarchy or the dominance of male in the society. Before then, love was a well(p) indicator of the relationship between the ma le and female but with the onset of emasculation of male, this was replaced by the economic foundation. In the absence of emasculation, female had a stuffy attachment to their husband. When male came home late they were to be served with hot dinner since it was the responsibility of their wives or females. Real love by then was practiced as opposed to the period after the World War II. Males in most cases are blinded by the privileged that if they works and support their wives, every thing in their castles is expected to be well. castration of males has given females the opportunity to venture into the roles that were made for male. It is not surprising to find that many males cook for themselves or in household there exists a duty Rooter. Meaning that if the wife cooks today tomorrow is the turn for the husband to cook of which this is contrary to the traditional gender roles. Emasculation in most cases is said to germinate into what scientist call bacterium.Male are said to be ha ve been disadvantaged by the emasculation which is said to draw off their powers hence unable to practice patriarchy in the society. For instance most men are not served with hot dinners when they came back at dark since their wives believed that they are equal to them and that they should not woke up at the mid of the night and warm meals for their husbands. In other occasions their wives are not available to discern them with sweet names and also charming carelessly hence echoing their males masculinity. According to the male logics, this breach in behavior calls for punishment or any other consequences in the society. Males are said to find it difficult to resist the use of what is referred to as physical force and thus why aggression has been considered instinctive to males reptilian brain. When males are offended by their wives they tend to use their masculine to punish them but according to the recent research based on masculines it has been celebrated that masculine pro wess are under the counter of emasculation. In the modern society, several couples find it inferior to fasten their hands behind their backs when walking. The research showed that males sat in the back seats of a car while the wife is the drive meaning that masculinity of males has been violated by their wives. They tend to exercise powers higher up their husbands in the society which is contrary to the traditional gender roles. Females are now taking top positions in the government and are therefore provided with police men as her guards. They use police as their watch dogs and they had powers of summoning them at any mere dial of 911. According to the emasculation of males, both the mans reality and masculine will never at any given time be the same again as it was during the times of traditional society. To cover their emasculations many males have indulged themselves into drinking springs meaning that intoxicant has become the only bandage for their masculine wounds. Emasculati on is said to be worsening as the time goes on hence developing into a full fledged kind of disease. There was a case whereby a man came home from work only to find a dog with a note tied around its neck the note was left behind by his who claimed that the man had another woman and that she had given him a chance to marry her. This showed how emasculation of males had affected men and their families whereby women had rights to decide when to quit marriage.Men remained attached to the love in their marriage even after the divorce. This has been noted to have changed over the years meaning that the bond between wife and husband has become too weak than it was before the World War II and the period after. From researches that have been conducted in United States of America have showed that males are deprived of the meaning that is said to reflect their masculinity. Males are said to have got no alternative reality that they could rely upon as opposed to females in each and every societ y in the world. Emasculation of males have made them to way out into alcohol taking which has made them to lose consciousness of their males reality in favor of their imaginative realities. These imagination of their reality has been said to have got negative effects to their jobs meaning that they interferes with their jobs to the pint that they cant play their roles as breadwinners in the family. Many males think or consider alcohol as the best solution for their emasculation but it has negative effects to males roles since it made them less concerned to what expected of them. Imagination reality and Alcohol are said to collide if and only if they are both applied by the males. Emasculation is said to reach what is called malignancy hence resulting to killing when males lost their jobs because they believe that no life that is worth to living. The adjoin of adult male evolution has been said to have resulted to a more devastating form of emasculation since it led to feminizatio n process through destruction of patriarchy validation and the old paradigm of expression of the masculine. In the process of human evolving several roles have or features have been made less useful in the society. Things such(prenominal) as suppression, war, aggression, competition and brute muscle force are no long inexistence today. Emasculation is argued to become stronger and stronger as males escape the destruction imposed by nature. As time goes on masculinity of males is viewed to have been transforming into a situation considered by many scholars as a vanguard of femininity in the society. Emasculation of males will be good or bad depending on the side of human evolution one stood after the completion of feminization process. The feminization process is not a simple process in the transformation of human being since it is beyond peoples ability. This is to mean that human transformation is a process controlled by the spirit of God in each and every society in the world. In the early form of Christianity females were said to possess values such as obedience, commitment, innocence, silent sufferer and faithfulness. According to the transformation of human being and the impact of industrial variety, it was argued that these values are no longer useful since females have cognize their roles after the call for gender equity in the society.Feminization process has brought about rugged individualism in the world where by a man has become a master of his own feta but not the fate of others men are now responsible to make their beds among others. Rugged individualism has been implicated through several movies and television in the United States. The Hollywood culture is a good indicator of emasculation of males. Most of the American movies are presents a large number of female actors as opposed to males. In these movies female characters are empowered or play a dominant role in acting meaning that they are the most dangerous and armed characters than males. Hollywood culture had portrayed men as having adopted females characteristic. That is men have taken on female characteristics such as trimmed eyebrows, slim, tight abs, attractiveness among others. Several researches have showed that females have embraced males characteristics and thus why they have ventured into roles that traditionally were made for males. On the issues of coming into court conscious it has been noted that with the onset or coming of emasculation of males, many men have become more conscious to their appearance than it was before. Some sent a lot of times decollating their bodies through the use of cosmetics and other chemicals or substances that are said to bring about beauty in human being. Traditionally men had a little concern on the issue of beauty but this seems to have ceased with passage of time. Younger men are the major victims of appearance conscious since they are said to adhere to fashion trends more often that in past. Emasculation of males have mad e women to become autonomous of themselves meaning that women are able to provide for themselves without depending on their husband who have become ignorant of their role of provider. It has therefore discovered that many women or females are not willing to get married to men since they can take on the role of provider with ease that it was before. This has come as a result of females taking on the roles or jobs of males in the modern society a thing that made men to become emasculated. Professional fields are fill up since career equity has empowered female to compete males in jobs. In past that is before the world war ii, females were not entitled to venture into certain fields such as drivers, engineers, doctors among others because nature prohibits them. The world war empowered women or females to take part in economic activities in each and every nation in the world. This is to mean that females have the right to remain in the task force like any other human being. Traditional gender roles are no longer considered important in the modern society which came a bout as a result of the industrial revolution. This industrial revolution is said to have enlightened females thus ceasing from being victims of male exploitation in the society. This is to mean that females are no longer silent sufferer and thus why they have become increasingly independent than in the past.In conclusion from the study it was noted that emasculation of males has affected males severely in the modern society and this has resulted from the industrial revolution. Females have taken on the roles of males hence boycotting the traditional gender roles in the society. Emasculation of males has been said to grow stronger with the passage of time since men are not a ware of their realty meaning that they are not willing to take their responsibilities. The selfishness implicated in the disregard of reality of female has been considered as the major cause of both spiritual and emotional differ ences between the two types of gender. In the issues of emotions, female are said to be more or too emotional as compared to male. In the matter concerning spiritual backgrounds, female take the majority vote since they are said to be more religious than their men. From the study it was showed that the patriarchy practice is no longer in existence.
